TICKEN does not use a call centre. The reason for this is to keep the costs, and therefore your price, as low as possible. the number of questions is so low, that a call centre would cause unnecessary high costs. If there are customer questions, they are generally of a technical nature, which can be answered more effectively by e-mail.
